Today is the 20th, so that means it’s time for Julep Maven selection again! If you’re subscribed to Julep don’t forget to log in and select which box you want.
This month features The Riviera Collection. We had silky pastels in January, jewel tones and glitters in February, and so it only makes sense that we have brights in March! I’m a little disappointed to see that the featured beauty product is lip gloss again, since we had lip gloss as an option only a few months ago. At least they kept it customizable to each box!
Luxe Lip Conditioning Treatment: A silky-smooth balm with omega-rich pumpkin seed oil and a cooling metal tip that soothes lips and stimulates microcirculation
Buff Lip Scrub: An exfoliating sugar scrub enriched with nourishing shea butter and vitamins E & B5
Or for those of you who aren’t interested in any of these boxes, you can always go to the Core Classics Box, which for this month includes:
Cleanup Tool: A Teflon-coated pro tool designed to clean under nails and fix polish mistakes
Freedom Polymer Top Coat: A high-gloss top coat that dries smudge-free in five minutes
Oxygen Nail Treatment: A perfecting pink tint and strengthening treatment that lets nails breathe
This is the 2nd month in a row that I’m actually feeling the Boho Glam option. I’m not particularly interested in bright colors, and I almost always stick to neutrals and pastels. The Boho Glam one is great for me because I love that wisteria color and coral is one of my favorite colors (and one of the few brights I’ll actually wear). I think I’ll have to do the Pantone Orchid color as an add on! I might also try to lip scrub, since I’ve never had a lip scrub that comes in a tube and it seems like a great idea. What did ya’ll think of the selection this month? I’m keeping my fingers crossed for some gorgeous pastels in April!
For anyone interested in signing up for Julep Maven (I highly recommend it!) you can use code FREEBOX to get your first month free. You won’t be able to get these amazing March colors for your first box, but it’s a great way to figure out if you like the formula and you can get the April collection if you like it.
